The quality charter

Notartel's Service Quality Charter (CDQ) sets out the principles and rules that govern the delivery of its online services to notaries. The document establishes a genuine "pact" with notaries, in a context of transparent communication that allows everyone to know the procedures and standards of services offered, to verify the commitments made by the company and to voice their feedback and suggestions.

The Charter is updated periodically to summarise the level of quality achieved and record positive changes through the implementation of improvement projects that may also result from regular monitoring of notaries' input.

Quality Information Sheets are an integral part of the CDQ and inform notaries of the description and performance levels of the various services (SLA - Service Level Agreements).
