On 19 October 2011 an agreement was signed between the President of the Notarial Council of the United Districts of Campobasso, Isernia and Larino, Riccardo Ricciardi, and the Regional Director of the Taxation Office, Gianni De Luca, with a view to optimising relations between the Taxation Office and notaries who provide assistance, consulting and mediation for taxpayers.
The agreement foresees the setting up of a forum for discussion and a privileged communication channel to develop better cooperation regarding the simplification of procedures and to ensure notaries learn of the Taxation Office’s interpretations in a thorough and timely fashion.
The agreement further foresees the arrangement of meetings to examine and address fiscal problems of particular interest and the most significant questions of interpretation and application.
This positive collaboration between the Taxation Office and the Notarial Council underlines the desire to be ever more attentive to taxpayers’ needs and to offer services that are marked by criteria of efficiency and effectiveness.
