Notariats of Europe (CNUE): an Italian Notary Elected Vice President

The General Assembly of the Council of the European Union Notariats, CNUE, in a meeting today in Brussels elected Notary Paul Pasqualis Vice President for 2015.

Paolo Pasqualis, the National Councillor of the Italian Notariat responsible for international relations, will take office next January 1.

The Presidency of the CNUE for 2015 was entrusted to France, in the person of Notary Jean Tarrade.

 

The CNUE in brief: The CNUE, the Council of the European Union Notariats (www.cnue.eu), is the official body representing the notarial profession in their dealings with European institutions. The CNUE, formed in 1993, brings together 22 notarial organisations within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary. Turkey has observer status.
