Rome, 22 March 2011 – Unindustria and the Notarial Council of the United Districts of Rome, Velletri and Civitavecchia, following the signing of an Agreement on 6 July last year, have opened a Notarial Information Point for Small and Medium Businesses at the Unindustria offices. This will provide free assistance and institutional consulting to members.
From the Information Point, Small and Medium Businesses who are members of Unindustria will receive specific consulting on: the choice of the type of company to set up and how to make changes; extraordinary operations and other forms of aggregation; methods for accessing credit; legal instruments, costs and benefits regarding passing of assets from generation to generation; problems relating to carrying on of the business in the case of inheritance (succession, estate planning, etc.); other forms of organisation for company assets: trusts, restricted disposal of assets etc., that can aid in the management of company assets and resources with a view to growth and competitiveness; interpretative solutions regarding specific company laws including the recent enterprise network contract.
Under this Agreement, the Small Business Union of Rome and the Notarial Council of the United Districts of Rome, Velletri and Civitavecchia have set up a series of joint initiatives to support small businesses in their strategic choices relating to company operations. By way of the Information Point, they will offer institutional consulting and technical support free of charge.
